Refund Policy
Highly Editive is a digital service. Once editing starts, time and labour are invested. This policy keeps things fair and transparent.
Eligible for refund
You may request a refund only if:
- we have not started work, AND
- request is made within 24 hours of payment, AND
- footage/assets have not been downloaded/processed by our team
Not eligible for refund
Refunds are not provided if:
- editing has started
- any draft/output has been delivered
- delays happen due to missing footage, unclear brief, missing script, or late feedback
- you change your mind after ordering
- you dislike the style but do not provide actionable revision instructions
If you're not satisfied
We handle it through the included 2 revision rounds.
Monthly plans
Monthly plan payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts / editing queue is initiated.
