We want you to be happy with our work. But we also need to be fair to our editors and sustainable as a business. This policy balances both.

Before work starts: Full refund, no questions asked.

After work starts: No refunds, but we'll work to make it right.

Unused bulk credits: No refunds, but you have 12 months to use them.

We built these policies to be fair:

  • Fair to you (reasonable expectations, clear terms)
  • Fair to us (sustainable business practices)
  • Fair to our editors (their time is valued)

Most clients never need to think about refunds because the work is good and communication is clear.

But if something goes wrong, we'll handle it like reasonable humans, not robots hiding behind policies.
