Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from Highly Editive, you agree to the following.
1. Service scope
We provide video editing based on the package purchased.
- Simple Edit = minimal editing only (no heavy graphics/animation)
- Complex Edit = premium polish + structured workflow + PM assigned
2. Client responsibility
To start editing, the client must provide:
- complete footage
- clear brief + references
- brand assets if needed (logo/font/colors)
- script / voiceover script if storytelling is required
3. Turnaround time
Typical delivery is 2-3 working days from the time:
- payment is confirmed, AND
- footage + brief + required script/assets are received
Client-side delays (missing inputs/late feedback) are not included in turnaround.
4. Revisions
Each edit includes 2 revision rounds. Further revisions may be charged.
5. Payments
- all payments are prepaid
- work starts only after payment confirmation
- pricing shown in INR unless stated otherwise
6. Ownership & usage rights
After full payment:
- you own the final delivered output
- you may use it commercially anywhere
Project/source files (Premiere/After Effects files) are not included unless explicitly agreed.
7. Monthly plans
- monthly plans can be cancelled anytime
- payments are non-refundable for the active billing cycle
- unused videos/rollovers (if applicable) follow the plan terms communicated at purchase
8. Content restrictions
We do not accept content that includes:
- illegal activity
- explicit adult content
- hate/harassment content
- anything that violates platform policies
9. Limitation of liability
Highly Editive is not responsible for:
- views, virality, engagement performance
- copyright claims due to client-provided assets
- delays caused by missing client inputs
